- Carlos Garcia is an experienced photographer since 1994, located in Watsonville,CA. We specialize covering weddings, Quinceañeras and Sweet Sixteen events. Carlos is a certified professional photographer, (CPP) through the PPA (Professional Photographers of America). Carlos is always looking for new inspirational sources and believes that “Photography is an art and as such it is important to observe with an abstract vision”. He recently stated in his web blog: “A good camera does not make the photographer, it is about the person behind the camera”. Carlos is interested in creating images that will be admired by for generations to come. The client will receive an album created with style and creativity because he always goes the extra mile in everything he does.
